1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due before or at the time of installation.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• We accept payment through the approved methods listed on our website.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 6 days of the event.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 48 hours in advance due to an emergency (e.g., severe weather, illness).
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event will incur a $100 fee.

4. Installation & Liability

• Once installation is complete, Balloon Ballers is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling, pets, or extreme weather conditions.
• Clients must ensure that the installation area is clean and safe before our arrival.
• If additional setup time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, additional charges may apply.

5. Balloon Longevity

• While we use high-quality materials, balloons are temporary decorations and are not guaranteed to last beyond a specified timeframe.
• Factors such as heat, wind, humidity, and direct sunlight may affect balloon longevity.

6. Safety & Usage

• Balloons are not toys and should not be handled by small children without supervision.
• Clients should take necessary precautions to avoid allergic reactions or choking hazards.
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of our balloon installations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content related to Balloon Ballers are our intellectual property.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Balloon Ballers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
