3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of installation. Payments must be completed through the approved payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 6 days of the event.

5. Emergency Rescheduling

We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency occurs, such as severe weather or illness, we offer:

• One complimentary reschedule if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $100 fee.

6. Damages & Liability

• Once installation is completed, we are not responsible for any damages caused by mishandling, pets, or extreme weather conditions.
• Clients assume full responsibility for maintaining the balloon installations after setup.

7. Security Measures

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
